RG SERIES DECOILER

  • (hydraulic coil clamping)
  • Maximum load capacity is 12 tons
  • Maximum unwinding speed is 50 m/min

RM SERIES DECOILER

  • (electromechanical coil clamping)
  • Maximum load capacity is 8 tons
  • Maximum unwinding speed is 40 m/min

COIL LIFT CHAIRS

  • Decoilers are equipped with lift
  • chairs for coil handling

RP SERIES DECOILERS

  • (movable, with manual coil clamping)
  • Maximum load capacity is 5 tons
  • Maximum unwinding speed is 50 m/min
  • Decoilers can have a rotary and dual console design

R SERIES DECOILERS

  • (stationary, with manual coil clamping)
  • Maximum load capacity is 5 tons
  • Maximum unwinding speed is 30 m/min

DE-COILERS – BIG RANGE

  • Maximum overall coil diameter, mm 2100

A coil loading car may be included on the delivery of every de-coiling machine. Various types of de-coilers made per customer special request

RE-COILERS – BIG RANGE

  • Material thickness range, mm 0,25 – 10
  • Working speed range, m/min 0 – 300
  • Coil width range, mm 600 – 2050
  • Coil weight range, ton 10 – 35
  • Maximum overall coil diameter, mm 2100

A coil unloading car may be included in the delivery of every re-coiling machine

Various types of re-coilers with the following special design:

  • With axial movable bodies –lines for pre-painted material
  • With special design for re-winding aluminum coils in continuous casting lines.
  • Those machines work in ambient temperature of up to 200 C⁰.
